Our history

GET - Estudos Técnicos e Construções, S.A. was incorporated by public deed in April 1987, with a current share capital of €640,924.00 and its head office at Rua General Humberto Delgado, Lote 100, Loja D, 8135-173 Almancil.

In April 2003, they obtained certification of their quality management system according to the NP EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, with certificate of conformity no. E/044/2003 issued by EIC - Empresa Internacional de Certificação.

Its main activity is in civil construction and public works, with several civil engineers and other technicians on its permanent staff. Over the last 25 years, its focus has been on building luxury villas.

The company emphasizes that although there is price competition in the engineering and construction sector, they differentiate themselves through quality, commitment, innovation and meeting agreed deadlines. They invest in equipment upgrades and staff training to meet technical and human challenges.

Over the course of thirty years, they have created a department exclusively dedicated to customer support, providing ongoing maintenance services. Maintenance is provided, whenever possible, by the same team involved in the construction work.

This allows clients to make renovations and improvements to increase the value of their property. A rigorous maintenance plan is developed for each specific project, covering both the equipment and the property itself.

The plan prioritizes customer satisfaction and can be adapted to solutions that best suit the customer's wishes, regardless of whether they have previously been a GET customer.
