GET – Estudos Técnicos e Construções, S.A., was officially founded in April 1987 and currently has a registered capital of 640.924,00€. The company’s headquarters is located in Almancil, at Rua General Humberto Delgado, Lote 100, Loja D.

It´s main activity focuses on civil construction and public works, having in its permanent staff several civil engineers and other technicians, and in the last 25 years it´s focus has been the construction of luxury villas in Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. In April 2003 the company was awarded the international quality management “ISO 9001 2000” standard with certificate of conformity n o E/044/2003 issued by the EIC – Empresa Internacional de Certificação (Certification International Company).
In 2017, GET was distinguished as “PME Excellence” by IAPMEI, for the quality of it´s performance and risk profile.

In order to be able to follow the constant challenges that arise in technical and human terms, we invest on the updating of equipment and the quality of our staff. The acquisition of new equipment at a technical and informatics level, as well as the accomplishment of training actions within the corporate framework, are an essential focus of GET – Estudos Técnicos e Construções, S.A.

Over the twenty years in which GET has been in operation, the need was felt to create a department destined solely to attend to client needs, offering not only assistance, but also our maintenance service, on a permanent basis.
Whenever possible this assistance and maintenance service (named GET Service) is provided by the same team that were involved in the original construction process.
With this new service we are able to make effective changes and improvements deemed necessary by the client for the enhancement and successful operation of the property. A detailed maintenance plan is outlined for each project, not only in terms of equipment, but also considering the building itself. Such plans focus primarily on customer satisfaction, with solutions easily adapted to the requirement of each client, whether a former client of GET – Estudos Técnicos e Construções, S.A. or not.
